According to the Oxford dictionary, a career is seen as a job or a long term or lifetime activity. in other words it’s a professional progress in regards to a choice of area of discipline which maybe  based on a field of study or expertise.  Most people upon finishing a course or apprenticeship of any form desires to become a career pursuer in that perspective. Well this is the more reason why you need to have a career plan.





This article will be elaborating on the needs or rather the reasons why it is necessary that you make a career plan before embarking on it. A plan in this context stands for the map you intend to use as a guide  to get to your target. Always have in mind that the manner of approach which you have towards your future plan determines how successful you’ll be. In the world of commerce as of today for instance experts in its circle employ different methods to maintain the success which they have attained over the years. Live above illusive plans and make it more physical by writing It down and making necessary researches on how to go about it.
