6 Ways To Forgive

   Forgiveness amongst mankind has been one of the most hurting good thing to do. it is usually heavy to let go those wrongs done against you, letting go and moving on with life. there is always a way out of any problem. the following methods below will help you learn to forgive with much ease.


1. Have Compassion For Yourself:
  When you don't let go of a wrong act against you, its like drinking poison and waiting for it to kill your enemy. holding unto offenses will hurt only you while the other person is moving on with life. throw away this unnecessary burden by letting go.

2. Avoid Telling The Story:
  sharing the story of an incidence of hurt refreshes the pain especially when you've not forgiven. you can take this bold step and avoid broadcasting the issue and deny it a chance of returning those pain. this way you can think positively and let go easily.

3. Mix Your Trust With Wisdom:
  Maximize wisdom when it comes to trust. not all humans are trustworthy. once you understand this, you can always have a heart to forgive cause you already have an understanding that humans can be negative at times.

4. Balance Your Thinking:
  Raise a standard for yourself pertaining forgiveness. that way, you'll be able to easily let go with your methods. it paves way for positive thinking so easily. for example giving yourself  reasons why you need to forgive.

5. Expect People to Wrong You:
  Have a conscious mind that people around you for any reason could wrong you at any time. this way you won't be surprised at their actions. but that doesn't mean you should tag people as wrong doers. this will help in overcoming the pain and gives way for letting go easily.

6. See Forgiveness As Breaking Free:
  Unforgiving puts you into a bondage of pain as you'll keep wallowing in the past moment that you were hurt. it will expose you into lots of more painful experience. but when you let go, you break free from the cage of pain. why don't you break free?
